Role Summary

Reporting to Logistics & Warehouse Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of logistics & warehouse, ensuring efficient workflows, and leveraging SAP systems to enhance overall productivity. This role requires a deep understanding of warehouse management, inventory control, logistics and SAP functionalities.

Role Responsibilities

 Team Leadership:

• Lead and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing   guidance, training, and performance feedback.

• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to ensure team cohesion and high morale.

Logistics & Warehouse Operations:

• Oversee day-to-day logistics & warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.

• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safety.

• Monitor service levels, delivery schedule, inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to optimize stock levels.

SAP Integration:

• Serve as the SAP expert, ensuring the proper utilization and optimization of SAP Warehouse Management (WM) module.

• Collaborate with IT and SAP teams to troubleshoot issues, implement upgrades, and enhance system functionalities.

• Train warehouse staff on SAP processes and procedures, ensuring a high level of competency within the team.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Utilize SAP reporting tools to generate accurate and insightful reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics.

• Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory data.

• Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance with established procedures and standards.

Continuous Improvement:

• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction within the warehouse.

• Implement best practices and technology solutions to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience (2-5 years) in warehouse management, with a focus on SAP integration.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management (WM) module.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
