Job Responsibility

• Supervise the progress of the production process, and ensure that the production plan is achieved;
• Responsible for employee training in the workplace, instructing employees to work according to process requirements and work instructions, and mastering production progress;
• Implement self-inspection and joint inspection of products, effectively control and prevent substandard products, and reduce losses;
• Analyze and handle abnormal process in a timely manner, corrective and preventive actions are implemented to ensure that quality products are delivered on time;
• Responsible for production line management, standardize work attitudes, employee appearance, and ensure the implementation of 5S;
• Implement policies related to employee health and safety programs that comply with applicable regulations and standards;

Responsibilities
