Job Description

Merencanakan (Planning), mengorganisasi (Organizing), menggerakkan (Actuating), mengendalikan (Controlling), dan mengevaluasi (Evaluating) seluruh aktivitas teknik di area produksi plastik untuk menjamin kelancaran operasi mesin, efisiensi proses produksi, peningkatan produktivitas, dan mutu produk. Posisi ini berperan strategis dalam mengelola pengembangan sistem teknik, peningkatan kinerja mesin seperti extruder, weaving, dan mesin automasi, serta mendukung pencapaian target produksi melalui penerapan inovasi dan perbaikan berkelanjutan secara teknis.

General Requirements

• Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik Mesin atau jurusan relevan
• Berpengalaman memimpin departemen Teknik di perusahaan manufaktur minimal 5 tahun
• Berpengalaman mengembangkan skill mekanik
• Memiliki skill gambar teknik lebih disukai
• Tidak buta warna
• Visioner, tegas, kritis, sistematis, solutif, dan punya leadership efektif
